Treasury Time
My blog has been sadly neglected over the winter as I commenced a part time course in December. Ironically, it's a diploma in journalism. This pretty treasury landed in my Etsy shop inbox last night and kick started me into blogging again.
Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies put together by fellow members. They are an art form in themselves. This week I am thankful to be included in a stunning list of handmade and vintage goods in joyful, Spring shades curated by Elena of Four Seasons Creations.
Thanks to Elena for including my Irish sea glass pendant in dark forest green in this beautiful collection titled 'Joy.' Here is the pendant up close:

Tuesday Treasuries get Festive
Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies put together by fellow members. They are an art form in themselves. This week, As ever, I am thankful to be included.
It's always interesting to see how the tones and mood of Etsy treasuries change with the seasons and the weather. This week the Christmas season has come in with a bang......
Carrie of Oh Cherry Blossom and fellow Etsy Ireland team member, has put together this traditional yet tasteful collection of festive goodies from Irish Etsy shops. Thanks Carrie for including my wire wrapped Connemara marble ornament.

Tuesday Treasuries, Autumn turns to Winter
Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies put together by fellow members. They are an art form in themselves. This week, As ever, I am thankful to be included. It's always interesting to see how the tones and mood of Etsy treasuries change with the seasons and the weather.
Although sea glass is more popular in Summer, Pendentif Marron (brown pendants) by Reriros in Lithuania is distinctly autumnal in flavour. There are some lovely gemstones in the mix too, but what really grabs me about this list is the different styles of wire wrapping on show. I'm very proud to see my Irish sea glass pendant among these beauties.
Once again, uncrowned Treasury Queen, Lynn Corrigan of Lynn's Creative Crochet, has been kind enough to spend time putting together a chic treasury. Thanks Lynn for including my Kilkenny marble heart pendant in this noir mix titled, 'Dark Beauty.'

Tuesday Treasuries, November
Like most crafty Etsy people it's always such a compliment to see one of your handmade items featured in a treasury. Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies put together by fellow members. They are an art form in themselves. This week, As ever, I am thankful to be included.
'Tiny Bubbles' by Lynn of Lynn's Creative Crochet is full of frothy fun! Thanks Lynn for including my champagne pink and aqua bracelet in this cleverly thought out treasury.
And here's one I made earlier....
I don't often get the time to put together a treasury myself, but I made this Irish one yesterday. 'Warming to the Idea' is a selection of handmade goods and craft supplies availabe from Etsy shops that are based in Ireland. I'd like to give a shout out to one of my oldest and bestie friends who has set up Crafty Elfie. That's her card on the bottom row. Please check out her shop for some witty and unusual greetings.

Tuesday Treasuries
Like most crafty Etsy people it's always such a compliment to see one of your handmade items featured in a treasury. This week I am so happy to see mine in two. As ever, I am thankful.
Angie of Vintage True has compiled this wonderfully subtle combination, 'Saturday Bliss' . The air of lightness is stunning. Thanks for including my Irish sea glass pendant Angie!

Gabriella of Knot by Thread Alone has curated an atmospheric list with clever colour choices, titled 'Unique.' I'm so pleased to see my clear quartz earrings in there and chuffed they were considered unique enough. You can learn about the stone clear crystal quartz HERE.
I apologise for lopping this gorgeous photo by Petite Pastiche off the bottom of the treasury in favour of symmetry, but unfortunately some of the listings were gone by the time I saw the list. This scenic photo deserves to be seen!

Tuesday Treasuries October
Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies from a mix of shops. They are artfully curated by members of the Etsy community. As always, I am thankful to be included this week.
The hot and cold contrasts in this 'October' list by Uk seller, Eve of Eve Collection, very much reflect the weather at this time of year! I'm not sure if you are experiencing the same unseasonable bursts of sunshine over there as your neighbours here in Ireland are, but thank you Eve for including my carnelian and agate statement necklace in this wonderful list.
'Going to Grandma's House' was cleverly put together by PJ of Seaside Collectibles. I'm chuffed to see my butterfly pendant in this very nostalgic list. Reminds me of my own dear Gran, who was a truly wonderful woman.
I love the original combination in ''Autumn leaves' by Eweline of Eibhlin's Jewelry. So flattering to see my yellow serpentine necklace got chosen. Thank you!

My blog has been rather quiet of late due to family commitments. I have sea glass from my holiday to Jersey, inspiring vistas and current projects to share plus the next installment of my ABC of jewellery to post if only I get the time to do it these days.
In the meantime, I have just discovered this citrus treasury, 'Marmalade' by Lynn Corrigan of Lynn's Lynn's Creative Crochet. Thanks Lynn for featuring my carnelian, citrine and red agate necklace.

Tuesday Treasuries Fall In
Treasuries are showcase lists of Etsy goodies from various shops. They are artfully put
together by members of the Etsy community. As always, I am grateful to be included.
Autumn brings with it a noticeable change in treasury trends. Tones switch from pastels and bright colour blocks to seasonal browns, russets and golden hues. Beach and travel themes are replaced with back to school, knits and nature.

Somehow, the same brown gemstone earrings made it into a second treasury this week. 'End of the Day' by Jill and Cathy of Envy Alley feels exactly as the title suggests, featuring that hazy, evening light found in late Summer/early Autumn. Thanks ladies for including my work in this atmospheric list.

Tuesday Treasuries, Sorta
Do you ever get thrown out of sync when Monday is a public holiday? You know how it is when you don't know what day of the week it is? Well that's why Tuesday Treasuries are, um, a few hours late this week, but let's move on... Treasuries are showcase collections of Etsy goodies from various shops. They are artfully put together by members of the Etsy community. I am always very grateful to be included.
Thanks so much to Julie of Julie's Bead Story for this vibrant list, A Splash of Green and Burnt Orange. Love the colour combo!
My dark sea green sea glass pendant (3rd row, left) has featured in quite a few treasuries this past week. I guess it's the photo. White backgrounds help grab attention, yet I really love the darker grey against some of those burn orange creations. The orange pops without being too dazzling. You have to go with whatever shows off your work best.

Tuesday Treasuries
Treasuries are showcase collections of Etsy goodies from various shops. They are artfully put together by members of the Etsy community. I am always very grateful to be included. This week my work has been feautured in a whopping 4 treasuries alongside wonderful art from around the world.
This crisp and clear dark green treasury by Christa of OilpaintingsChrista is so very tempting! Thanks for including my Irish sea glass pendant! For some reason I want a mint tea now.....(ok, I meant a mojito really but we'll go with the tea...)
Wow! A second stunning treasury popped up in my inbox this weekend. Thanks to Gabriella of KnotByThreadAlone for including my cobalt agate pendant in this classy list, 'Brave, The World for Priya.'
Today I woke up to a burst of colour! Thanks Nancy of Nancenet Designs for this wonderful taste of Summer and for adding in my pastel bracelet in 'A Perfect Irish Summer, So Far.' Despite the odd rainy spell, it has been amazing, hasn't it? Let's hope it's not over yet.
My green sea glass pendant got another feature today! Thanks again to Christa of Oilpaintings by Christa for including it in this lush treasury, 'Green Gifts.'
